Is therapy right for you?
The decision to come to therapy can be a scary one, but also one that can be extremely worthwhile. In my practice, I offer individual, couples, and family therapy to adults and adolescents from a wide variety of backgrounds. Typically, I see clients once per week, although this can vary based on your needs. Throughout the therapeutic relationship, one of my goals to help you focus on and develop your strengths in order to overcome the issues that you are coping with.
Eating Disorders
- Anorexia Nervosa
- Bulimia Nervosa
- Binge Eating Disorder
Body Image Issues
Do thoughts about your weight and/or your appearance consume a large portion of your time and attention?
Disordered Eating
- Chronic Dieting/Diet Cycling
- Being overly concerned with 'healthy' eating
Life Transitions
Times of change can be extremely difficult for many people. These may include (but aren't limited to) marriage, divorce, career changes, motherhood, and grief.
